Robert Messore

Friday, February 17, Best Video presents "Live from the Blanket Fort" Live! Pajamas are encouraged. Heck, so are stuffed animals. Come get cozy! The show starts at 7 PM and the cover is $10.

One night early in the pandemic, guitarist Robert Messore was feeling a need to make some music and be his goofy self as a form of self-care. He whipped together some blankets and Christmas lights and livestreamed his first ever "Live From The Blanket Fort."

Little did he know it would turn into one island of stability in the midst of some pretty unstable years. Messore has not missed a week of Live from the Blanket Fort coming up on three years now. Every Sunday night he has donned pajamas and crawled in his blanket fort and turned on the the festive lights and presented calming acoustic guitar music and quiet singing to a cozy group of friends from around the country and across the globe.

Note: As much as he knows we're all sick of this, Messore requests that concert-goers either take COVID tests or wear masks. He spends a lot of time with at-risk populations.
