The Red Hots play a Best Video Film & Cultural Center outdoor show on Sat., July 22. The show starts at 5:30 PM.
There will be donation vases for the musicians and the venue. Please consider being generous in supporting musicians—opportunities to perform have been fewer the past couple of years. Suggested donation of $10.
The Red Hots are two beautiful and talented ladies, Cynthia Preston and Petra Herceg, who bring life back to many classic jazz standards, old blues tunes and feisty originals with their blend of unique vocals and ukulele/guitar mix with driving organic percussion.
Backed by Jeff Moro on bass and Jay Margolin on percussion, The Red Hots rock, swing, woo and dazzle audiences all over the tri-state area with their musical versatility and talent. They were recently invited to open up for California kings of swing, Big Bad Voodoo Daddy, at The Ridgefield Playhouse, as well as being featured for their own special Valentine's Dinner show at Daryl's House.
The Red Hots are a modern-day little big band playing everything from the 1920s to today -- if you like hot jazz, old blues, ragtime, rockabilly, and everything in between, you'll love the swingin' sounds of The Red Hots!
Parking is available behind Best Video and on Thornton Street.
In the event of rain, this show will be moved inside at the regularly scheduled time.
