Farewood is the project of husband and wife songwriters Lou Lorenzo and Leah Booker. The two are joined by guitarist Eric Ieraci. Farewood has been cultivating their style of ethereal rock for almost two decades. In 2016, they won "Best Indie Rock" at the CT Music Awards. To date they have released 5 full length recordings and 2 EPs. Their most recent recording was 2018's 'Under Burning Sun" which earned favorable reviews. In 2019, Fervor Records released a compilation of some early Farewood recordings entitled 'Stories''. Two tracks off the compilation have been featured in television and feature film, including "Playin' The Scenes" which appeared in the 2023 Hulu series 'Cruel Summer' and "The People" which appeared in the 2020 film 'Paint.'
Passing Strange is a piano-rock band featuring Kate Mirabella on piano/vocals and Anthony Paolucci on drums. The musical stylings of this unique duo are laced in jazz, bedazzled in blues, and brewed in a vat of indie rock. In 2019, Passing Strange signed with NeuroTronix Records and has since released two albums: "The Water and the Woods" (2020), and their most recent, "Afterthought" (2020), along with various singles. Both albums can be found on most streaming platforms.
